Job description

At Hotel Orfila, we are looking for a receptionist for the night shift with at least one year of experience and high level of English.
You will be responsible for reviewing the correct billing of the different shifts as well as reviewing documentation, reservations of the day and generate closing reports.
The receptionist will collaborate with other departments upon request or need of the service and will attend, in a personalized way to the guests.

Profile description

1year of relevant experience in similar job
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong phone skills
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English, French & Arabic
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks
Excellent interpersonal skills
Punctual with strong attendance history
