The Production Chemicals and Services and Process Liquids businesses are an extension of our customers’ biopharmaceutical supply chain management team, offering customers a wide range of cGMP raw materials, including large volume buffers and process liquids with supply chain services that improve our customer’s ability to manufacture life-changing therapeutics. We help improve our customers' efficiency, mitigate risk, reduce costs and achieve the highest quality and delivery standards, so they can focus on their core activities of producing life-saving vaccines.
**What will you do?**
Key Responsibilities of this role include to deliver and articulate clear account strategies and to lead and grow executive level relationships in strategic accounts. By working collaboratively with other divisions and functional teams they will ensure we offer the strongest value proposition in the market to assist our customers in making the World Healthier, Cleaner and Safer.
Through coaching and mentoring their team they will continue to expand, recruit and retain a team of high achievers to meet the demands of this highly regulated customer segment and achieve commercial excellence. Through a structured training and development process they will improve individually capabilities to provide a team of hardworking, highly proficient individuals whose forecasting diligence, opportunity management and contributions support the overall operational excellence of the business.
Forming part of the Global Sales Management team they will support the wider business to optimize performance by using innovative data science and analytics, balancing leading and lagging indicators and driving commercial execution to achieve targets and contribute to the strategy and success of the Business Unit in both EMEA but also the wider organisation.
As a Leader they will support the teams in collecting and feeding back information from the market to help shape the strategic direction of the business units by providing insight and interpretation of the competitive market place, industry trends and technological advances that will strengthen our market position.
With preferred experience in similar roles a highly successful and well organised leader will build and deliver on the regional and account plans in collaboration with other partners, demonstrating well honed prioritisation skills and able to articulate a clear vision of success.

A Bachelors or Master degree is preferred, but equivalent experience ill be considered.
**_Experience_**
Sales management experience in a similar role is preferred
