**About this opportunity**
An iTero Sr Sales Country Leader, you will be responsible to lead the commercial development of iTero in Iberia. You will be responsible for coordinating iTero commercial activities in Iberia with the primary objective being to achieve Operational Plan in line with company and country strategic objectives through the ongoing development of their team, alignment with channel country GMs and engagement with 3rd parties (distributors, partners).
Youwill develop a team of iTero sales experts who can support direct and indirect channels with iTero sales activities and provide extensive support and development via one-to-one coaching and demo visits, one-to-one business reviews and ongoing personal development. You will work closely with the GM Iberia and the Marketing Director Iberia to align on the Spanish iTero commercial strategy and its execution.
**In this role, you will**
- Achieve of quarterly and yearly regional sales targets.
- Consolidated country funnel management across direct and indirect channels (in collaboration with GM Iberia).
- Define and coordinate iTero in Spain/Portugal go to market (direct/indirect/labs/inside sales, in collaboration with GM and Marketing Director)
- iTero expert sales resources hiring and allocation (iTero sales rep, product specialists) also in collaboration with GM
- 3rd parties identification and local support (in collaboration with EMEA indirect channel team)
- Provide leadership in one-on-one, region, and group settings.
- Management, direction, and motivation of Sales Representatives, including development of sales plans, targets, and strategies and the removal of obstacles to success. Provide all appropriate reporting to the European Leadership Team, including feedback from customers and Sales Representatives.
- Provide inputs into training in product knowledge, capital equipment selling skills, and territory management (in collaboration with the sales force effectiveness team)
- Evaluation and coaching of Sales Representatives - thru observation during co-travel, frequent feedback and the analysis of data.

**Additional responsibilities**:
- Ensures the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned to the group.
- Facilitates the implementation of iTero sales force effectiveness best practices in the country
- Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Supervisory responsibilities**:
- Management, direction, and motivation of iTero Sales Representatives, including development of sales plans, targets, and strategies and the removal of obstacles to success.
- Lead execution of third-party agreements in the Territory - in collaboration with GM Iberia
- Contribute to country and EMEA Regional prioritization, strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate with GM Iberia and Marketing Director Iberia on go-to-market definition and execution and resource allocation
- Provide market and competitive insight.

- Strong capabilities to interface effectively with all customer types
- Ability to function effectively in a high-performance leadership team and lead by influence
- Exhibits a high degree of flexibility in adapting in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
**Education/Experience**:
- +12 years of professional sales management or 3 years of sales with Align Technology, Inc.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required.
