**Overview**

Appdome is looking for an extraordinary sales leader in the vertical who is passionate about the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to help companies in the FS vertical provide mobile apps that are secure and protected so the users can feel safe when using them. It is an amazing market with incredible growth.

This position will report to the VP of Sales EMEA.

**Some of the things you will be doing include**
- Serve as Appdome’s leader in the vertical. Develop business strategy, grow sales, and serve customers.
- Drive the growth of sales as an active sales executive. Proactive prospecting, qualifying, account management, and closing. This is a hands-on position.
- Achieve goals in activity, pipeline creation, and pipeline progression.
- Meet & exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Define and manage the strategic plan for the strategy/growth in the Financial Services vertical in the region.
- Deeply understand the need for a DevSecOps Build System in the FS industry.
- Proactively collaborate across all depts at Appdome to deliver to our prospects and customers.
- Manage trial and procurement processes.
- Provide weekly reporting of pipeline and forecast.
- Participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows as appropriate.
- Conduct contract negotiations.
- Establish strong channel partners for the vertical
- Overview of the recruitment and management of local and regional partners.
- Excellent communication with management, partners, customers, and support staff
- Be responsible for the management and development of the partners, providing them with direction, motivation, and leadership.
- Create strategic relationships with senior decision-makers within our key partners.
- Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products.
- Provide feedback and coordination with HQ.

- Extensive knowledge of the vertical.
- Extensive experience in selling security software at the strategic “C” and/or "VP” level.
- Loves to work in a high-growth company.

- Loves working with bleeding-edge technologies.
- At least 7 years of experience in selling to the Vertical.
- Significant high-level connections to Financial Services companies in the region
- Direct and Partner experience. Significant direct leadership and strategic partnership experience. You have a solid career history and a proven track record of driving success through partners.
- Great attitude. You have a positive attitude and will “roll up your sleeve” and do what it takes.
- Energy and Enthusiasm. You believe in what we are doing and will not stop at anything to deliver on your goals.
- Performer. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned goals and targets.

- Educated. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
