You will drive the sales growth for our critical Key Accounts mainly focused on Food & Beverage/Pharma Vertical and Process Automation. This will imply collaboratively working with leadership, regional and global teams to set the overall engagement and growth strategy.

We expect the role to be based in Europe - preferably Italy, France, Spain, or Germany and a traveling time of around 50% is encouraged.

As nVent, we attend industry events such as tradeshows, seminars, conferences, and webinars.- Drive product specification adoption and penetration into market and within targeted end users.- Closely collaborate with vertical growth team to identify industry opportunities and determine appropriate sales models and methods to support market growth- Scan for prospects with Key Accounts and related entities and lead in implementing account penetration strategies- Contribute to the proposal preparation, present it to the related parties, and follow through the process until the order closes.- Be an expert in understanding current industry relationships and partnerships with customers and distributors. Leverage and further develop a network of OEMs, System Integrators, Value Added Resellers.- Identify and assess potential new customers through use of project mining tools (such as LinkedIn Navigator) and build links across all levels of key end-user customers and distributor partners.

YOU HAVE:
- Background in engineering or technical field, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.- Proven experience in technical sales in the required industry.-
- You are a phenomenal communicator
