Queremos incorporar a un/a Tecnico/a de comunicación para formar parte del grupo de de Consultoría de IDOM.

**CARACTERISTICAS DEL PUESTO**
- Definición del plan de comunicación externo e interno del Área de Consultoría para el posicionamiento de Consultoría en el mercado y la promoción y difusión de los hitos alcanzados. Todo ello, en consonancia con el plan estratégico, misión y visión del área técnica y con los distintos canales de la organización.
- Diseño e implementación de la estrategia de contenido para los diferentes canales tanto online como offline (web, redes sociales, intranet, newsletter y eventos entre otros)
- Realización de campañas de marketing digital y offline (definición y optimización de las mismas para logro de los objetivos marcados).
- Apoyo en el diseño y producción del material comercial del área, así como generación de presentaciones y elaboración de discursos.
- Gestión de la participación en ferias y congresos del equipo y diseño de la estrategia y branding.
- Redacción de notas de prensa y coordinación de la relación con medios de comunicación.
- Generación de plan para potenciar y posicionar el conocimiento experto del equipo.
- Generación de informes regulares de seguimiento de la actividad de comunicación y presentación de resultados.

**SOBRE TÍ**

**No dudes en aplicar si...**
- Eres licenciado en Periodismo, Comunicación Audiovisual, Publicidad o grados de Marketing. Se valorará positivamente formación internacional
- Tienes experiência probada en comunicación corporativa, branding o marketing.
- Tienes habilidad de redacción y comunicación tanto en inglés como en español.
- Tienes capacidad de planificación de estrategias de comunicación: definición de planes de contenido, campañas digitales y CRM.
- Tienes capacidad analítica, toma de decisiones basadas en datos (control de Google Analytics y otras herramientas de medición de impacto).
- Tienes conocimiento de herramientas o programas de diseño (Canva, InDesign...) y conocimientos básicos de edición de vídeo, ya que se valorar positivames
- Tienes conocimientos de las diferentes tendencias en comunicación y manejo del storytelling aplicado al desarrollo de la misión del área.
- Sobre todo...tienes muchas ganas de aprender en una empresa internacional como IDOM
