**Senior Technical Consultant for Stakeholder and Communication Mangement - EU Public projects**

**Description**

**Main tasks**:

- ** Stakeholder management**
- Designs and leads onboarding and engagement activities
- Develop stakeholders/communication engagement strategies;
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive stakeholder ecosystem/map;
- Engage in technical and business dialogues with stakeholders;
- Implement engagement plans/strategies;
- Effectively manage stakeholders, drawing on past experience with diverse

stakeholder groups;
- ** Communication Management**
- Supervises and/or prepares communication elements: marketing materials, online

materials, newsletters, YouTube channels
- Ensures social media presence and branding
- Conducts industry analysis, including: analysis of brand management, market

positioning value proposition, online presence of competitors
- Conducts meetings and presents in events
- ** Liaising with technical team and content production**
- Extract relevant information from technical team and translate it into

comprehensible language for communication contents;
- ** Quality Assurance**
- Perform quality review of project deliverables and provide feedback
- Ensures that deliverables meet quality expectations and commitments to client.

**Extreme attention to detail is required due to the crucial impact of the role**
- ** Project Management**
- Leads the project team and/or coordinates with the delivery

leads/subcontractors/consortium partners assigned as project resources
- Ensures that project activities are in line with the client requirements
- Acts as primary point of contact for the client for day-to-day project activities
- Utilize structured tools (such as JIRA and Confluence)

**Technologies/Skills**:

- **Journalistic-type article-writing skills**:very good level of English and of drafting, ability to select and provide the type of context/explanations required by the audience, ability to understand a topic in depth and then present it in a simple, clear and structured fashion
- Extreme **attention to detail both of an editoria**l** (formatting, spacing, alignment, consistent use of fonts, correct links, etc.) **and substantive nature** (ability to check all the content and spot anything wrong, ability to create and follow without mistake a 30-item checklist of actions, etc.)
- Ability to **work autonomously,** managing his/her own workload independently, providing status updates, liaising with others and escalating issues as appropriate
- **Bonus**: high-end user of **Office** tools and additional ones, in particular **Atlassian Confluence & JIRA**, but equivalent ones also good. High-end = understands core concepts of (all) **IT tools** sufficiently to be able to explore the tool without always being provided with specific instructions.
- Excellent command of spoken and written** English**:

- Experience with **stakeholder management**, excellent communication and interpersonal skills is strongly desired;
- Knowledge of** digital marketing channels** and communication strategies;
- Strong **analytical skills** to assess stakeholder interests, concerns, and levels of influence;
- Experience in **planning and project management**
