We are looking for talented individuals with experience as Business Analysts or Product Owners for a major company in the banking sector.

**At this time, we are looking for**:

- 5+ years of experience in the role of Product Owner / Business Analyst.
- Technical background with experience in the development world, ideally knowledge of APIs (able to read and understand logs and review code).
- Good communication skills to work collaboratively in a team, requirements gathering, requirements planning, and tracking team developments.
- Experience in digital banking, knowledge of agile methodologies, having worked in digital transformation teams, knowledge of one or more banking products/processes (accounts, payments, cards, accounting, loans, deposits, contact center, wealth management, onboarding...).
- Experience with agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Postman).
- Experience in Assisted Channels projects (primarily in Contact Center rather than in-branch).
- Experience in projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Proficient use of Jira, Confluence, and Postman.
- Oral and written skills to clearly communicate product needs and requirements to UX/UI designers, the development team, and other collaborators, stakeholders.
- Experience in defining customer & onboarding processes.
- Experience with CRM Dynamics or Genesys Cloud.

**We value experience** in working closely with development teams, understanding the technical requirements of the project, and collaborating on the integration of APIs and systems to ensure the functionality and interoperability of the digital product in the context of loans. Additionally, the ability to understand and contribute to the design of cloud architectures and data modeling to optimize the performance and scalability of the product is highly regarded.
