**Position**: Technical Project Manager - Floating

**Location**: Barcelona, Spain

**About the Role**: As a Technical Project Manager specializing in Floating FEED, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing engineering design projects from concept to FEED completion. Your responsibilities will include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and delivering high-quality engineering solutions within budget and schedule constraints. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that drive innovation in the renewable energy industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage Floating FEED projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and specifications.
- Oversee the development of engineering deliverables, including technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues to maintain project momentum.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing among project team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, specifically in Floating FEED projects within the renewable energy sector.
- Strong technical background in structural engineering, offshore engineering, or related disciplines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
