SHIP Global IP is a rapidly growing service provider offering the entire bandwidth of administrative services related to
_Intellectual Property_, spanning from searches & opinions, filing, prosecution to litigation and maintenance, on an international level. Our customers include global players in over 30 different industries. Together with our sister company Seprotec, SHIP Global IP covers IP translations as well.

Our vision is to be the tech-enabled IP service provider covering all aspects of the value chain. We merge proprietary and acquired technology with IP legal services to offer automated, efficient, and scalable IP services.

At SHIP Global IP, we understand that the key to growth is a highly performing business development team. We are searching for a Head of Corporate Sales, EMEA, for our Headquarters located in Madrid, Spain.

Reporting directly to the CEO, your main
_responsibilities _include:
Implement and manage corporate business development in Europe, including the definition of sales targets based on the sales strategy you have created.

Cooperate and align with the US-based management and business development teams developing and implementing global best practices.

Generate new business opportunities by analyzing and addressing customer needs and expectations.

Build on-going high-level customer relationships to provide the foundation for future value creation and servicing opportunities.

Lead the entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to onboarding new customers.

Create, train and lead an expanding sales team.

Set and manage budgets, control and monitor, and ensure efficient use of resources.

Assist in providing higher visibility to SHIP Global IP by participating in conventions, trade shows, and conferences.
- Requirements:_

Strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in any technological or legal area. Registered attorneys or legal professionals are welcome to apply.

5+ years of sales and management experience.

Knowledge of the Intellectual Property industry.

Exceptional leadership skills with proven success leading a regional team.

Professional level of both spoken and written English.

Strong negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills.

High level of responsibility and commitment.

Analytical skills and mindset.

Strategic vision and results orientation.

Availability to travel.
