An innovative Barcelona-based business that focuses on providing sustainable packaging to eCommerce companies is looking for a UK account manager to join their ambitious international team. Part of one of Europe’s major packaging manufacturers, the innovative new venture now is growing fast and expanding across the continent.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Gaining a deep understanding of a client’s needs, sector, customers and challenges and develop work requirements and deliverables.
- Onboarding clients, addressing their needs, managing expectations and delivering top-quality results.
- Leading on client communications to develop strong relationships that feed into our internal comms.
- Developing financial control skills by feeding into short
- and long-term revenue forecasting.
- Identifying new opportunities in the UK market or optimisations with existing clients.
- Managing day-to-day project progress with briefs, CPAs, estimates and quotes, POs and invoicing, and so on.
- Analysing campaign results and optimizing where necessary.
- You’ll be the knowledge manager and main lead for these accounts, in charge of delivering the projects to your and the client’s high standards.

**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing/Comms/Advertising or Business, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years’ experience in an account management position for the UK market in a retail/eCommerce/FMCG role.
- Proven track record of successful account management and development.
- Outstanding communication skills to provide clients with bespoke proposals and lead both client and internal communications;
- Impressive organisational and prioritisation skills, and confidence in budget planning, resourcing and delivery, and change management;
- Up-to-date knowledge of current marketing and product trends to incorporate into your client strategies.
- You’ll be proactive and self-starting, using your initiative and experience to deliver projects and client satisfaction.
