ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Senior Sales Support, you will have the opportunity to work with the biggest and more important travel agencies around the world offering them one of the best payments solutions in the travel industry and make them feel that travel payments are easy, seamless, efficient and beneficial.
What will you achieve?
You will be the key person to support the Sales support manager, the Heads of Corporate Payments and the Head of Agency Payments making available all set of tools to the commercial team to improve their performance, increase the unit and the company revenues. Also working with the wider Sabre Global Distribution System sales teams and account managers to accelerate Sales to cash.
You will support the commercial teams on all the commercial and operational aspects including but not limited to:
1. Sales Cycle tracking and analysis to support decisions and improvements.
2. Onboarding Process - Manage delivery supporting customers and issuers along the process.
3. Collateral material support on creation, maintenance and Storage (ex: Pitch Documents, Demos, White Papers, etc.)
4. Customers Contracts: support the sales team in standard templates, updates and any adhoc need working with Legal.
5. Pipeline Management - Lead qualification and maintain the information up to date in the systems
6. Sales Performance - Build the right Reports and analysis to include in the weekly governance - maintain agendas and minutes
7. Commercial Tools: build the right tools to support the commercial team to increase theirs and the customers performance. (ex: Salesmen Performance, Productivity, Margins, etc)
8. Maintenance of the SVP Commercial Repository - ensure the latest versions are always up to date and saved in the right place (ex: Reports, Addendums and agreements, tools, collaterals, etc)
9. Product Improvements Feedback consolidation in a format to be accessible to ensure delivery and management reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Must Have Skills:
1. Positive attitude and willing to learn
2. Exceptional communication ability
3. Knowledge of KYB process
4. Strategic and Analytical thinking with Strong qualitative and quantitative skills
5. Capable of managing and prioritizing several competing tasks
6. Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with senior team members and customers - including at C Level.
7. Competent CRM experience - including the use of excel, Salesforce and others
Nice to Have Skills:
1. Understanding of the Travel Industry and the GDSs dynamics.
2. Knowledge of Payments.
3. Experience with Online, Leisure and Business travel agencies.
4. Sales, operations, contractual, negotiation skills
5. Multilingual: Main Language: English. Spanish and Portuguese is a plus.
