When customers have a problem that our tech can’t solve, your team swoops in, making sure that global freight feels incredibly smooth. You provide that human touch that builds trust - knowing that we have their back in the complex world of freight.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Monitor (and improve) customer experiences to promote repeat business.
- Ensure consistent coverage and superb level service across a broad spectrum of products and customer types. The FCom Customer Success team supports inquiries from marketplace shippers, users interested in our Freightos Data products, freight forwarders placing eBookings with air and ocean carriers, and more all the time.
- Resolve difficult shipment escalations that require an expert touch while aligning with the internal stakeholders such as the Finance and Supply teams.

**Requirements**:
**Basic Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years experience as a team lead or team manager on a team responsible for customer service, account management, or related roles. Experience managing a team that is spread over several geographies and work hours.
- Ability to create and adhere to team KPIs.
- Passionate about customer success, service and support. As passionate as we are about freight.

- Steller communicator. We believe passionately in making freight frictionless. When you communicate how easy it can be, people get it.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and conditions in line with business needs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience using CRMs, especially Salesforce.
- Experience in a transactional/marketplace and/or SaaS business.
- Familiar with operational processes and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Knowledge of the freight and logistics industry.
