**YOUR ROLE**:

- Join a great team in the commercial technical function, lead and develop distributors and industrial customers (MRO and OEM) in the market
- Make an impact in the market and beyond; be close to customer (20% office / 80% field)
- Understand customers’ needs and demonstrate world-leading chemical solutions to master their challenges
- Explore new collaboration opportunities with new industrial customers
- Pioneer and create new solutions to spark the Loctite evolution
- Share (y)our expertise and consult our customers Coordinate a best in class technical team to drive success

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Technical background and degree (appreciate engineering or similar).
- Strong commercial mindset (sales, medium / long term commercial strategic perspective)
- Sensitive to clients’ needs, ability to create customer relationships based on trust
- Leadership mindset with entrepreneurial spirit
- Great team player with hands-on mentality
- Proficient oral and written communication and presentation skills (online and face-to-face)
- Comprehension and use of MS Office
- English: Fluent in spoken and written
- Driver‘s license
- Location: Barcelona / Girona (Spain)
