Des de Marlex estem col-laborant amb una important empresa dedicada al sector tecnològic, ubicada a Lleida, que actualment té la necessitat d’incorporar a un/a Key Account Manager.
**Quina seria la teva missió a l’empresa?**
- Desenvolupar i mantenir relacions sòlides amb clients clau, servint com el punt de contacte principal.
- Assessorar els clients sobre productes i serveis disponibles.
- Mantenir comunicació amb el client per telèfon, a través del correu electrònic i en persona
- Gestionar i complir amb els objectius de vendes i mètriques de rendiment establerts.
- Identificar noves oportunitats de negoci i col-laborar amb altres departaments per a desenvolupar estratègies de creixement.
- Ajudar a administrar la base de dades de contractes així com participar en les activitats de prospecció de clients (Lead Generation)
- Comunicar-se amb el públic objectiu i gestionar les relacions amb els clients.
- Realitzar crides en fred per a organitzar reunions amb els clients potencials
- Aplicar estratègies de màrqueting i desenvolupament empresarial per a atreure nous clients
- Suport en vendes en línia en mercats internacionals
- Mantenir-se al corrent de les tendències del mercat i les activitats de la competència per a informar l'estratègia de vendes.
- Treballar amb eines corporatives com CRM, correu electrònic, xarxes socials i canals existents.
- Experiència prèvia en vendes, gestió de comptes o funcions relacionades, preferiblement en el sector industrial.
- Excel-lents habilitats de comunicació i capacitat per a construir relacions sòlides amb clients.
- Orientació a resultats i capacitat per a complir amb els objectius de vendes.
- Habilitat per a treballar de manera independent i en equip, col-laborant amb diferents departaments.
- Coneixement sòlid del mercat i les tendències de la indústria 4.0. Valorable disposar de coneixements d'Impressió 3D.
- Nívell avançat d'Inglés. Es valorarà el coneixement d'altres idiomes.
- Disponibilitat per a viatjar segons sigui necessari (valorable).
