Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our property sales department in administrative position on a part-time basis (4 hours, 5 days a week).
**Requirements**:
1. Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
2. Possess a valid driving license and own car for transportation.
3. Proficient in MS Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook).
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
5. Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
