Telesales Representative

5 Real Estate is Spain's fastest growing fixed-fee international estate agent. We sell houses for €999 +iva with no upfront costs and a full estate agency service. With 11 offices in the Costa Blanca and Murcia Region, and more on the way, we are quickly becoming the go to agent in the region. We require 4 Telesales Representatives located in our established Head Office in Los Dolses, Villamartin, acting as the first point of call to to all clients, whether they are buying or selling a property in Spain.

Tasks
- Calling all inbound buyer and vendor leads within a timely manner
- Generating a rapport with clients, providing information and scheduling appointments in the sales representatives diaries
- Creating tasks to follow-up all ongoing leads
- Using the CRM system to effectively manage your clients within the pipeline system
- Building knowledge of the current portfolio of properties as well as the areas in which the properties are located
- Ensuring the CRM system is up-to-date with all of the necessary information
- Increase the number of appointments scheduled for sales representatives

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Impeccable telephone manner
- Fluency in English and at least one other language required.
- Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Good sales ability and results orientated.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
