**Über die Position**

goFLUENT sucht einen Customer Success Manager (CSM), der den Vertriebsmitarbeiter während des gesamten Post-Sales-Kundenlebenszyklus (Kundenübernahme, on-going support, Programmoptimierung und mögliche Expansion) unterstützt. Sie/er ist die zentrale Schnittstelle für alle Training bezogenen Anfragen, sie/er positioniert sich selbst als vertrauenswürdiger Berater. Sie/Er sichert die Kundenbindung, indem sie den ROI des Kunden durch täglichen Support optimiert. Sie/er arbeitet eng mit dem Vertriebsmitarbeiter zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die gelieferte Lösung mit dem übereinstimmt, was der Vertriebsmitarbeiter verkauft hat.

Position hat ihren Sitz in Madrid.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Erklären/Präsentieren der Features und Vorteile der goFLUENT-Lösungen (LMS Learner und Manager) durch Kick-off-Sitzungen und/oder Webinare.
- Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Nutzung unserer Lösungen (z.B. HR-Manager Portal) durch Präsentationen sowie Versenden spezifischer Berichte.
- Sicherstellung, dass die Lösung den Erwartungen der Kunden entspricht und Probleme gelöst werden.
- Organisieren und Verwalten von Monats
- oder Quartalsreviews mit den Kunden.
- Eskalation an den für das Account zuständigen Vertriebsmitarbeiter bei wichtigen Fragen / Kundenbedürfnissen berichten.
- Koordination lokaler Initiativen für globale Verträge und die Anpassung des Angebots von goFLUENT an die globale Lernstrategie des Kunden.
- Entwicklung von Projekten und Management von Produktimplementierungen
- Durchführung von Upsell-Maßnahmen in Abstimmung mit dem Vertriebsmitarbeiter (Senden von Angeboten, die auf die im Vertrag festgelegten Preise und allgemeinen Bedingungen abgestimmt sind).
- Aktualisierung der CRM-Lösung Salesforce mit den entsprechenden Informationen
