En esta oportunidad laboral buscamos un/a profesional para cubrir la posición de un/a **Site Manager **con experiência en **proyectos pharma, **fundamental para desarrollar soluciones sostenibles de alto impacto.
**Modalidad de trabajo**: presencial
**Ubicación**: Malgrat del Mar.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Aseguramiento y control de calidad en todas las fases del proyecto.
- Implementación de políticas de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (HSSE).
- Actividades de construcción.
- Administración de subcontratos.
- Supervisión de la ejecución presupuestaria y control de costos.
- Planificación y seguimiento de cronogramas de construcción, además de elaboración de informes de progreso.
- Coordinación de la ingeniería de campo, la logística y gestión de materiales en el sitio de trabajo.
- Supervisión y gestión del equipo de trabajo, así como la operatividad y los negocios del sitio.
- Coordinación de las fases de pre-comisión, puesta en marcha y entrega del proyecto.
- Mantenimiento de relaciones laborales óptimas y enlace con autoridades locales.
**Requisitos**:
- Mínimo 6 años de experiência en roles similares.
- Experiência comprobada en proyectos de EPCm y en la gestión de sitios desde la perspectiva de la ingeniería.
- Haber ocupado esta posición mínima en al menos 3 proyectos anteriores.
- Inglés fluido.
