Electrical Site Manager Job Description

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for leading electrical site teams? Do you have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget? We're looking for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join our team at Schneider Electric.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage electrical site teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement site plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor and control site costs, resources, and schedules
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with customers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure project success
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in electrical site management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, safety protocols, and industry standards
