Desde Grifols Engineering S.A., se precisa la incorporación de un **Administrative Support Officer** para facilitar y agilizar las tareas de apoyo de los proyectos del departamento, así como gestionar y coordinar las tareas administrativas.

**Tus responsabilidades serán**
- Controlar y gestionar el inventario de suministros de oficina del departamento.
- Brindar asistencia a los miembros del departamento en tareas administrativas y de gestión, como preparación de documentos, manejo de correos electrónicos, coordinación de reuniones, entre otros.
- Atención de visitas y llamadas con clientes (catalán, inglés y español).
- Apertura, cerramientos, ampliaciones de proyectos y servicios en SAP.
- Gestión de viajes a traves del portal. Ajustar y Coordinar detalles con Grifols Viajes (reclamaciones, peticiones especificas, consultas, etc.).
- Encargarse de la planificación y reservas de salas de reuniones, así como mantener la organización de archivos físicos y digitales para facilitar el acceso a la información necesaria.
- Recopilar y analizar datos financieros relevantes, preparando informes y análisis económicos mensuales que ayuden en la toma de decisiones del departamento.
- Coordinar formaciones y gestiones con proveedores.
- Coordinar altas/bajas de personal externo (prevención, alta-baja de temas informáticos y numero de empleado externo y control de huella dactilar).
- Gestión de albaranes.

Para realizar este trabajo con éxito, una persona debe ser capaz de llevar a cabo las responsabilidades de manera satisfactoria. Los requisitos enumerados a continuación son representativos de los conocimientos, habilidades, formación y/o capacidad requeridos. Se pueden realizar adaptaciones del puesto para que las personas con diversidad funcional puedan realizar las tareas del puesto.
- Tienes un CFGM o CFGS en Administración y Finanzas o afines.
- Tienes mínimo 1 año de experiência realizando funciones similares.
- Dominas un inglés intermedio (mínimo B2).
- Conocimientos de SAP, en concreto SAP-PS (valorable).
- Eres una persona proactiva y resolutiva.
