**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. **Case study**: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

**Job description**:

- Support to collect documents that are necessary for mobility issues and work together with HR to streamline the process
- Manage sites of customers to upload documentation
- Gather documentation from HR team
- Support at contract level to manage internship and stage agreements
- Will work with mobility team and HR to support us handling documentation and requirements to ensure the correct process is followed
- Support in complex billing processes for specific clients
- Support for contract management and review that are correctly applied
- Communications to the team, organize and follow-up events, support for partnerships with universities
- Support for creating presentations for Monthly meetings and various events
- Support with tracking vacation issues for consulting population
- Various administrative tasks
- Monitoring of various initiatives such as training plans for consultants.

**Qualifications**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Previous experience as a secretary or in an administrative role is a plus.
- Must have the willingness and energy to tackle diverse tasks and responsibilities.
