**About the job**

This position is intended to supervise three areas**:Finance, Payroll and Treasury**.

The Finance Supervisor manages the daily activities of the Finance department in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and UPS policy. He/she supports the country finance function by providing cost and revenue information.

**What you´ll do**:
**Finance Area**

He/she will be responsible for overseeing costing and supporting the Bid Cost Analysis Model and for preparing and developing forecast and business plans.

This position requires to read and interpret financial statements; evaluate data to determine financial patterns, tendencies and trends; develops business cases using financial information.

**Payroll Area**

He/she must manage the payroll process for his/her assigned employee to ensure accurate payroll processing. He/she organizes workflows, develops procedures, and establishes priorities to meet payroll, contractual, and regulatory deadlines and objectives. This position requires working knowledge of labor contracts and state laws pertaining to payroll throughout the UPS network.

**Treasury Area**

He/she will coordinate Treasury operations, maintains banking relationships, and monitors cash processes. He/she must work with UPS Region Treasury, Finance and Accounting to carry out treasury related tasks (e.g., wiring funds, consolidating cash, disbursements, etc.). This position conducts research and resolves internal treasury policy and procedural issues.

**What you´ll need**:

- Bachelor’s degree - preferably Economics / Finance or similar.
- Flexibility is important within our organization, also for this position:

- 08:00 - 17:00 (flexible)
- Fluent Spanish
- English: Proficiency level required to satisfactorily perform all of the duties required in the position, as will need to be in contact with other Countries, District and Region.
- Have strong teamwork, leadership and organizational skill
- Committed and able to solve unexpected events that appear.
- Be multi-tasking, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
- Leverages technological knowledge to achieve business objectives; resolves technological issues impeding work; adapts technological information, facts, or data to varying situations or groups; recommends changes to technological approach based upon knowledge of trends and best practices.
- Microsoft tools: Excel, data bases high level.
- Experience in a similar position will be value.
