Trabajamos con una empresa encargada en mantener, desarrollar y articular la evolución de la dirección de la estrategia técnica de la organización, así como analizar las mejores soluciones tecnológicas del mercado, ejecutar las estrategias de implantación y realizar I+D para nuevos productos y búsqueda de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? Mantener, desarrollar y articular la evolución de la dirección de la estrategia técnica de la empresa. Supervisar y evaluar el alineamiento en los sistemas de información a los procesos corporativos. Participar en la elaboración de las estrategias de negocios. Analizar continuamente las mejores soluciones tecnológicas del mercado y ejecutar una estrategia de implementación de las seleccionadas. Dirigir, coordinar y optimizar la utilización de los recursos humanos del departamento de IT, así como también resolver las necesidades informáticas de la empresa mediante la coordinación de recursos y la planificación estratégica. Atraer, gestionar y retener el talento tecnológico de la compañía. Supervisar que los productos de la compañía cumplen con las especificaciones y pautas indicadas para su desarrollo, así como con los requisitos de calidad de la compañía. Desarrollar e implementar las mejores estrategias e indicadores al departamento y equipo humano, asegurando anticipadamente el desarrollo óptimo de las personas y productos de la empresa. Priorizar los proyectos según la urgencia que considere para los mismos y coordinarlos
**Requisitos**:
¿Cuáles son las cosas que nos encantaría ver en ti? Experiência mínima en la dirección, coordinación y optimización de los recursos informáticos, atendiendo al plan estratégico de una empresa de al menos 5 años Experiência mínima demostrable en la creación del plan estratégico tecnológico de una empresa Experiência demostrable en gestión de proyectos y equipos así como altos conocimientos y experiências en trabajo con nuevas tecnologías como desarrollador con altas capacidades de al menos 5 años. Formación relacionada con ingeniería informática, conocimientos y experiência desde desarrollador hasta escalar a altos cargos Estar en posesión de una titulación superior y/o grado universitario, máster o titulaciones superiores relacionadas Git Herramientas de gestión de proyectos de desarrollo tipo Asana, Basecamp, Trello, Notion, Kanban, SCRUM, XP Programming... Inglés B2 lectura y comprensión, redacción y manejo oral fluido
¿Qué ofrecemos? ⭐
⌚ Horario de lunes a jueves de 08:00 a 16:30. Viernes y vísperas de festivos de 8:00 a 15:00 horas. Verano intensivo.
Contratación indefinida.
