**Tus responsabilidades**:

- Ser responsable del rendimiento de la clínica en su ámbito de responsabilidad.
- Comunicar la visión de la empresa, motivar a los equipos y garantizar un gran rendimiento del equipo.
- Seguimiento diario y semanal de la consecución del plan de ventas y de los índices de conversión por parte de asociados de ventas y médicos.
- Asumir la responsabilidad de los presupuestos y logros de la clínica, realizar un seguimiento de las conversiones y crear planes de acción de mejora e implementarlos.
- Comprometerse y formar una conexión genuina con nuestros clientes para mantenerlos entusiasmados sobre su viaje hacia una sonrisa más segura.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procesos de venta y los procedimientos de seguimiento correctos.
- Resolver cuestiones escaladas de preocupaciones o problemas de los pacientes.
- Organizar los equipos de la consulta, como ventas, enfermeras, higienistas y médicos. Garantizar las necesidades de personal y crear horarios.
- Participar en la contratación, formación, retroalimentación y rescisión de contratos.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa y los protocolos sanitarios.
- Participar en marketing, recepción de influencers y sesiones de fotos. Esto puede implicar vídeos para las redes sociales.
- Garantizar una experiência de cliente perfecta en cada momento del recorrido del cliente.
- Garantizar un aspecto 100% increíble en las clínicas y el más alto NPS.

**Lo que esperamos de ti**:

- +3 años de experiência en un puesto similar
- Experiência previa en la industria dental
- Tienes orientación a objetivos y te gusta trabajar de manera autónoma
- Manejo de excel o Gsheet.
