Our estimated monthly earnings range from €6,000 to €9,000, with top performers exceeding €18,000 per month. We provide financial support for the first 3 months to help you build your pipeline, as well as pre-qualified leads and pre-booked meetings to boost sales.
Job Description:
- Provide exceptional service to clients from initial contact to property acquisition.
- Conduct online meetings and create personalized property tours.
- Show properties, negotiate deals, and assist clients with legal representation.
- Keep clients updated on property and market changes.
About You:
We're looking for experienced sales consultants who have knowledge of the Costa Blanca area. You should be fluent in Flemish/Dutch and French, with strong English proficiency. A proven sales track record and a drive to meet targets are essential. Additionally, you should have a driver's license and access to a car.
What We Offer:
Ongoing training and full support from our Sales Managers and Back Office team. You'll have the option to choose between a 30-35% commission or a guaranteed €1,000/month with 20% commission. We also provide a local phone number for client communication with free unlimited calls.
