**What will you work on?**

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for formulating sound business plans, maximizing opportunities, managing risk, delivering on profitability goals, developing effective long-term business relationships, and exceeding customer expectations.

**How will you create impact?**

You will be developing bi-annual business plans that deliver upon company goals and meet customer needs, checking customers’ timelines and proactively providing them with all information and materials required to make decisions and manage the business well. The work with the support team to develop forecasts that best reflect market realities, update forecasts as required will be essential. As a Key Account Manager you will be also developing innovative sales and marketing led account plans that will maximize Spin Master’s performance within each account and co-ordinating trade marketing and marketing activity within your accounts to ensure delivery of planned volume, distribution, and profit targets.

**What are your skills and experience?**
- Ability to create and maintain business presentations, excel files, read POS reports
- Fluent English
- Good computer knowledge
- Ambitious, determined, results-oriented, convincing, extroverted, strong presentations skills
- Business studies with main focus on Sales and Marketing or adequate professional experience
- 6 plus years national sales and account management exp.
- Retail, Consumer Product Goods experience preferred
