Estamos buscando un Key Account Manager que alcance consistentemente los objetivos de ventas y comerciales de una importante empresa farmaceútica.

Responsabilidades:

  • Implementar y gestionar programas comerciales para maximizar las ventas en cuentas clave.
  • Trabajar dentro de los presupuestos asignados y utilizar adecuadamente las estructuras de precios y descuentos.
  • Desarrollar una comprensión integral del mercado e identificar amenazas y oportunidades comerciales.
  • Comunicar el impacto de los programas comerciales a las partes interesadas de la empresa.
  • Colaborar con marketing, finanzas y equipos de suministro.
  • Construir y mantener relaciones a largo plazo con clientes clave.
  • Adquirir nuevos negocios.
  • Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa y el Código de Prácticas GDP.

    Requisitos:
    • Experiencia en ventas a mayoristas y grandes grupos de farmacias.
    • Habilidad para adaptarse a cambios y nuevas estrategias.
    • Excelentes habilidades de presentación, escucha y negociación.
    • Fuertes habilidades numéricas y atención al detalle.
    • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
    • Dominio de Microsoft Office.
    • Licencia de conducir válida.
