**Your mission**:
As a Regional Manager, you will be accountable for the P&L of Andalucia (Malaga and Seville), leading and developing the team to reach the goals. You will be reporting to the founding team, doing a great variety of high-impact activities. You will be both in the daily operations and in the strategic decisions.

**Your tasks**:

- Review purchases, sales and additional services, making sure goals are met and solving specific problems of the team
- Analyze end-to-end funnel and KPIs to understand deviations and propose actions
- Coordinate specific actions with other departments (e.g. marketing, finance, product)
- Propose and implement process improvements, as well as transfer best practices
- Contribute to hiring new members of the team as we grow
- Set the team goals, review their performance and help them grow
- Represent Tiko (and its values) in the region

**Your profile**:

- You have a minimum 4/5 years of experience in a high demanding environment such as consulting or investment banking. Additional start-up or scale-up experience is highly valued
- You are also analytical; every solution starts with an in-depth analysis of the problem
- You are hands-on and independent; you proactively come up with solutions without waiting for anyone to tell you what to do
- You are native in Spanish and fluent in English
- Most importantly, you are super excited about Tiko
