Just Play, a leading American toy company, is a passionate and trend driven leader in the children’s consumer goods industry. Our products are an impressive mix of promotional and everyday items for the whole family. We work with the world’s leading children’s entertainment brands to manufacture and distribute exceptional products to every major mass retailer throughout North America and around the world. As we expand internationally, we are opening offices in various key locations, including Spain. The UK office was opened in January 2021 to prepare for the direct sale and marketing of Just Play toys in the UK market. The Spain office will follow a similar pattern with a locally based core local role team, working closely with the UK-based EMEA team, for strategic alignment and support.

- Responsible for sales and forecasts.

- Serve as a contact person between customers and internal teams.

- Negotiate terms and establish agreements with Spanish and Portuguese retailers (both DOM and DI).
- Negociar términos y establecer acuerdos con minoristas españoles y portugueses (tanto DOM como DI).
- Develop annual account business trade plans.
- Desarrollar planes de negocios anuales con los clientes.
- Oversee daily business operations.
- Supervise las operaciones comerciales diarias.
- Develop and implement growth strategies.
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de crecimiento.
- Research and identify growth opportunities
- Investigar e identificar oportunidades de crecimiento.
- Generate reports and lead presentations both internally and externally.
- Generar informes y dirigir presentaciones tanto internas como externas.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant brand guidelines.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.

- Keep abreast of industry and market trend and best practices.

**Minimum Qualifications / _Qualifications mínimales:_**
- Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or similar relevant field
- Licenciatura en Ventas, Administración de Empresas o similar
- Five+ years of experience in Commercial Management and/or Key Account Management in Spain/Portugal.
- Cinco + años de experiência en Gestión Comercial y/o Key Account Management en España/Portugal.
- A demonstrated track record of creating growth strategies that have improved a business’s market position.
