**Responsibilities**:

- Support the day-to-day relationships with distributors
- Logistic support, including the preparation of shipments to distributors, influencers
- Administrative tasks: sending product information to clients, PO management, sending invoices etc.
- Maintainand supplyales presentation materials and product base data to regional sales team and distributors
- Manage the listing process, ensuring orders are processed accurately and deliveries are on time and all documents prepared consistently without error
- Support the team in trade shows and events
- Support trade marketing activities and tailor-made promotions
- Conduct store checks when necessary
- Presentation support: help the sales team to create and customize their sales presentations
- Translations of social media posts, presentations when required
- Other tasks as needed

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrable knowledge in European sports leagues, collectors strongly preferred
- Experience in developing sales materials or other graphics is preferred
- Strong MS Office skills required
- Strong customer service skills, friendly & approachable
- Well organized, flexible and a team-player
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
