The role in a nutshell
Support a community of OSHC programs and passionate educators in providing high-quality care and make a difference in Aussie children’s lives today.
Reporting into the Customer Services Manager this role is one of two Customer Service & Billing (CS&B) Team leaders. In this role you will lead and drive the team supporting the Parents and our team members to ensure all their enquiries are answered.
What to expect?
Supervising the Customer Services team, you will ensure team members are supported to
Achieve consistency in customer experience and accuracy and reliability in performing the various administrative functions of JAG’s childcare management system.
Build strong teams and drives the team processes that result in successful revenue collection for JAG - setting up our services, handling payments from parents, and receipting childcare subsidy payments from the Commonwealth.
A hands-on role you will manage escalated enquiries.
About you
Currently in a customer services lead role overseeing a team in a high volume, complex, and/or varied operations management involving ‘blended’ work environments handling both customer interactions and work item processing tasks.
Demonstrated strength and passion for customer service, you ensure the customer needs are met and issues are resolved, demonstrating and always leading with JAG values.
A strong leader, you support, coach, mentor and develop your team.
Previous experience with customer management and/or accounting databases/systems is highly desirable.
