**Job Summary**

As a Generalist you will be involved in all HR functions, development and implementation of HR Policies and Global Programs for EMEA Region. Reporting to EMEA People Experience Director and working closely with Global HR Business Partners and Regional Leaders your mission will be to collaborate in the implementation of HR People Plans to support business strategy, improve business performance, and deliver the best Employee/People Experience in EMEA Region.

You will be a key player to deliver One DZS People Strategy attracting, engaging, and developing the right people trough talent acquisition projects, engagement and retention initiatives, development programs and other HR key initiatives and projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the deployment, alignment, and implementation of DZS Global HR Processes and Policies for EMEA Region in compliance with local requirements.
- Drive execution of HR programs, focusing on talent attraction, recruitment, and on-boarding for new hires.
- Collaborate to align all countries in One DZS HR standard, ensuring that a consistent operating model is applied to all sites.
- Provide operational support to regional leaders and employees, ensuring a best-in-class employee experience.
- Ensure that all HR processes & systems are fully implemented and maintained.
- Collaborate in the management of payroll process and manage other HR administration processes.
- Management and oversees of health and wellness processes and initiatives.
- Support rollout of Global HR initiatives in EMEA region.
- Collaborate in the full completion of PMP Cycle in EMEA region.
- Support HR strategy by controlling, measuring, and reporting of HR operational metrics.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 years of experience in HR business partnering and proven track record managing full recruitment and on-boarding processes.
- Fluency in English and Spanish. Fluency in German will be a must.
- Good communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning, organization & analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Critical thinking, positive attitude, and problem-solving approach.
- Learning agility and development potential.
