**Position Summary**:
In order to complete our IT Innovation Department, we are currently looking for a **Product Stream Operations Manager - IT Innovation**

You will assume the overarching responsibility for supporting the Senior IT Innovation manager to coordinate transversal Innovation services and ensure smooth operations of the department. Part of your responsibilities is to ensure discipline in managing and optimizing the product based operating model within the stream by leveraging ways of working set by the O-CIO. You will be leading a team of 8-10 persons who will provide communication support, higlighting impactful innovation stories across Nestlé IT, Innovation portfolio management, vendor and partner co-innovation management, coordination of the Global and Local IT Innovation Network community of practice, coaching on continuous product discovery habits and evolution/maintenance/support of IT Innovation platforms.
Furthermore, you will manage budget and expenses for the department, decide together with your peers and lead the priorities to give to demands and coordinate day-to-day activities of the department.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provides transversal services, mostly to the enablers of Innovation, to solve the Transformation Challenges with our Global IT Streams & Governs the Information Technology Innovation space
- Leads IT Innovation communication and storytelling for a bigger impact demonstrating the value of innovation across the organization.
- Drives IT Innovation portfolio management, from demand to delivery and ensures related costs management, security and compliance, which includes
- Lead reviews of any significant portfolio elements on a periodic basis and on demand if they are challenged. Provide visibility on trends and forecasts versus plans and provide recommendations as to whether elements should continue as-is, be significantly changed, placed on hold or discontinued
- Make decisions and recommendations for the portfolios that are clearly linked to stream strategy, objectives and goals, reflecting an awareness of external dynamics
- As mandated and resourced by leadership, ensure and balance the availability of the required skills, competencies, and budget across teams within the product portfolio.
- Ensure the adherence to the appropriate governance functions relating to the portfolios and in accordance with enterprise guidelines, policies and practices
- Supported by the O-CIO Performance Management monitor and support execution as defined per service agreements and take necessary actions in case of deviations
- Actively defines, leads and participates into the IT Innovation Community of Practice across global, regional and local levels.
- Explores open innovation and establishes different channels and mechanisms of Innovation (with Partners, Ventures, Startups, Employees, and Outposts) to drive impactful co-innovation spaces
- Leads the continuous assessment and coaching on continuous discovery habits of the innovation maturity of our IT Products across the 3 horizons
- Builds and delivers the innovation capabilities of in-scope leaders and employees through mentoring, coaching and advocating for the innovation agenda.
- Evolve and maintain the technical platforms owned by the IT Innovation team
- If pools exist within a stream or platform can play the pool lead role. The position includes some aspects of advisory and recommendations for identifying, prioritizing, and coordinating resources engaged with all or many of the elements of the IS/IT program portfolio
