Younited Credit is one of the Fintech companies with the greatest projection in all of Europe. Operating since 2011 and with a presence in France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Germany, it is the only digital consumer credit platform in Europe licensed to operate as a credit institution. Its innovative model allows qualified investors (both individuals and companies) to directly finance consumer loans through a collaborative model.

YC aims at proposing a whole new credit user experience. We are looking for someone with an analytical mind, someone eager to learn and willing to grow, gain experience while developing him/herself within a young and a start-up environment while participating in the Younited Iberia’s activity growth

As an integral part of the HR team, you will help to execute strategies across the end-to-end employee life cycle. These will have particular focus on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.

Working directly with HR Manager, and located in Barcelona, your main duties will be:
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

Employee management: resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.

Talent management: recruitment processes (both internal and external).

Work closely with HR International team to coordinate main HR policies

Collaborate in the bonus creation, merit process, ensuring recognition.

Identify training needs for teams, implementing new trainings and evaluating them.

Provide HR policy guidance

HR policies development

Suggest new HR strategies

Provide input on workforce as well as plans business unit restructuring

Excellent people management skills

Analytical and goal oriented

Thorough knowledge of labor legislation

Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices

Integrity and professional ethics
