**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and cultivate prospects and/or clients- Initiate and follow up on new business opportunities- Define and implement sales plans and work toward sales targets- Lead new business meetings and close sales to institutional investors and consultants- Leverage the organization’s relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives- Develop and maintain relationships with sub-advisors and consultants- Act as a liaison to the investment management groups to ensure active, enthusiastic support of the sales and marketing process- Collaborate with Marketing team on product and sales materials to ensure they are current and focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity- Work closely with Rothschild & Co AM team members to further develop sales opportunities- Assist in the development and launching of new products- Comply strictly with regulation and regulatory licensing requirements and with the firm's codes, policies and procedures- Marketing, communication & branding: Organization of local marketing activities, communication, roadshows (webinars) and events, with a satisfying rate of participation- Keeping abreast of key market developments and expanding knowledge of different markets and target client base- Collaborating closely with different teams in various locations within Rothschild & Co Asset Management

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the financial industry, in a similar position in Spain- Ability to build long-term, professional relationships that add value to our clients and contribute to the growth of our business- Experience in leading client pitches and closing deals- Understand and explain the entire product range (Traditional long-only funds, ESG range, Private equity) to different client types- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team with an entrepreneurial spirit and a hunter’s profile- Strong interest in financial markets & investments- Strong social and communication skills
