- Keeping track of all communications, remarks & complaints from clients.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Commuicating and coordination with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
