**Plan de formación propuesto**

**GSK** está transformando su negocio farmacéutico y la forma en la que interactuamos con los proveedores de atención sanitaria y otros stakeholders del sector. En este entorno cambiante, en el que la situación de pandemia, ha planteado la necesidad de un enfoque diferente, nos gustaría incorporar a un becario en el área de Soluciones tecnológicas para aprender y contribuir a la planificación, ejecución y evaluación de las iniciativas de transformación tecnológica de acuerdo con el Plan Estratégico de **GSK.**

Dentro del departamento de Business Solutions, en el área de Tech, el estudiante en prácticas aprenderá y desarrollará habilidades relacionadas con la visión, el plan, el desarrollo y la ejecución de las capacidades tecnológicas en diferentes áreas de la compañía

**Objetivos de la formación**
- Aprenderá a completar las tareas diarias del departamento (por ejemplo, la coordinación de proyectos con los equipos locales y globales)
- Conocer cómo mantener al día la cartera de proyectos de tecnología
- Aprender a coordinar la entrega de proyectos con otras funciones (marketing, operaciones, médico, etc.)
- Se formará en los procesos de gestión del cambio que implican la transformación de la tecnología, los procesos y la cultura

**¿Qué perfil busca la empresa?**
- ** Titulado universitario de grado o Titulado universitario pre-Bolonia**: Grado en Ingeniería de la Salud, Máster en Marketing Digital y Analítico, Máster en Innovación y Transformación Digital, Grado en Tecnologías de Telecomunicación, Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Grado en Ingeniería del Software, Grado en Física, Grado en Ingeniería Matemática, Grado en Matemáticas
- ** Competencias en Idiomas**: nível C1 de Inglés.
- Dispuesto a aprender con un enfoque de "why not" para probar y eliminar barreras; desafiar el status quo.
- Enfoque de prueba y aprendizaje.
- Habilidades de comunicación efectivas
- Habilidades de gestión de proyectos
- Orientación a las decisiones basadas en datos y al valor añadido para el negocio.
