**El proposito**:
Gestionar seguimiento continuo de cliente activos y/o prospectos ofreciendo asesoría comercial y asistencia técnica en el uso de las soluciones de la empresa.

**Tu misión**:

- Desarrollar y presentar demostraciones técnicas convincentes de los productos/servicios de la empresa a clientes potenciales.
- Brindar soporte técnico experto durante el ciclo de ventas para garantizar una comprensión completa de los requisitos del cliente.
- Apoyar a la red actual de colaboradores en visitas conjuntas a clientes finales aportando un alto conocimiento técnico de nuestro producto.
- Realizar acciones que aseguren el cumplimiento de los objetivos y resultados claves (OKR’s) establecidos por la gerencia.
- Mantener diariamente contacto directo con los clientes activos para brindar nuevos servicios y mejoras técnicas y comerciales continuamente (Up grade, Up sales y renovaciones de los servicios contratados).
- Realizar acciones de marketing relacional con los clientes para mantener relaciones de largo plazo y fidelización.
- Elaborar material de ventas de los productos de IoT.

**Habilidades requeridas**:

- Formación profesional Ing. Civil Mecánica / Ing. Industrial / Ing. Mecánica Industrial / Ing. en Sistemas / Ing. en Computación o Informática o carrerras a fines.
- 3+ años de experiência en venta técnica en automatización y/o control industrial mediante el uso de IoT.
- Experiência previa como Sales Engineer, preferiblemente en entornos de preventa de soluciones IoT.
- Sólida formación técnica y experiência comercial.
- Enfoque técnico e interés en la automatización y la tecnología.
- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva en diferentes níveles de interlocución y orientación al cliente.
- Fluidez en inglés y español.
- Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente.

**Experiência que son un plus ️**:

- Experiência en el diseño y/o desarrollo de soluciones IoT, IIoT y edge-computing.Conocimiento de tecnologías web y comprensión profunda de entornos técnicos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, análisis y resolución de problemas.
- Capacidad de planificación, organización y liderazgo interfuncional.
- Experiência en entornos internacionales con colegas en múltiples zonas horarias.
