Account Services Director
**Position Overview**:
As an Account Services Director at Branda Entertainment, a leader in the field of branded entertainment, you will play a crucial role in connecting multinational brands with impactful, narrative-driven content that resonates with audiences on a deep level. Based in Madrid, Spain, your mission will be to identify potential clients, showcase our unique business model, and guide them through the creation of new Intellectual Properties (IPs) that reflect their brand ethos. Working closely with our creative teams, you will ensure the delivery of authentic experiences that captivate both visually and aurally, designed for immediate impact and sustainable brand growth across diverse media platforms.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:
- Proactively identify and engage potential multinational clients within the Spanish market, understanding their brand values, identity, and market positioning.
- Develop and maintain robust client relationships, serving as the main contact between clients and our creative teams.
- Organize and lead meetings and presentations with prospective and current clients to discuss our business model, their needs, and collaborative opportunities.
**Strategic Pitching and Presentation**:
- Craft tailored pitches and presentations that effectively convey the benefits of branded entertainment in alignment with the client's marketing and branding strategies.
- Leverage market research, trends, and insights to inform pitches, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the branded entertainment sector and its potential benefits for the client's brand.
**Project Oversight and Execution**:
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure that the development of new IPs is in line with client objectives, brand values, and identity.
- Manage the project lifecycle from inception to delivery, guaranteeing timeliness and the highest quality standards.
- Ensure clear and effective communication between clients and our teams, facilitating the accurate implementation of client feedback.
**Business Development and Growth**:
- Participate in refining our business model and service offerings based on client feedback, market trends, and the evolving branded entertainment landscape.
- Identify new opportunities for growth, including untapped markets, platforms, and media for branded entertainment delivery.
**Team Leadership and Collaboration**:
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers and executives, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and marketing, to ensure a unified approach to client projects.
**Key Requirements**:
- Residency in Madrid, Spain.
- Native or fully bilingual proficiency in English.
- An existing database of clients within Spain, with proven experience working with them.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in account management, business development, or related roles within the entertainment, advertising, or marketing sectors, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to secure, manage, and expand client accounts, especially with multinational brands.
- In-depth knowledge of the branded entertainment industry, including visual and musical media trends.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic and creative thinking abilities, with a passion for storytelling and branded content.
- Proficient in project management, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
