**THE ROLE**
Communisis are seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This role will require the planning, execution and delivery of new business streams across the Business BAU status from both new and existing clients. Leading any Continuous Improvement projects, ensuring implementation is in-line with budget/P&L expectations and that transition to BAU is smooth and successful plus ownership of onboarding any new or existing clients onto the suite of technology Communisis offer.
Managing relationship with key decision makers, stakeholders and influencers to ensure new business stream or improvement projects are imbedded and that these opportunities are then managed by the local teams. Delivering solutions - partner with the client and use insight to lead and develop solutions and influence change at a strategic level that will deliver mutual value
This position will be fully remote and open to applicants from mainland Europe.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage and develop new business streams or improvement projects into implemented pieces of work, ensuring that these are embedded smoothly and without disrupting the customer experience.
- Work with Cluster Managers, Country Team leads, Client leads, Finance, HR, Procurement and client teams to ensure the implementation of the new business stream is a success and appropriate resource identified.
- Liaison with the client and the various internal stakeholders to ascertain project scope, parameters and timeframes, enabling the client to sign off mutually agreed project timetables.
- Manage relationship with key decision makers, stakeholders and influencers to ensure new business stream or improvement projects are imbedded and that these opportunities are then managed by the local teams.
- To produce detailed programme and project milestone plans which enable Senior Management to understand the status and critical paths of each project, using Project Management skills to support and execute seamless implementation, anticipating challenges and proposing solutions.
- Support post implementation reviews, ensuring that learning points are channelled into the relevant decision makers for change to process.
- Delivering solutions - partner with the client and use insight to lead and develop solutions and influence change at a strategic level that will deliver mutual value
- Represent the Business Change function during senior client engagement opportunities to aid with the business development process.
- Ensure all projects have high quality resource management, risk management and governance.
