We work directly with leading, established manufacturers of solar components. Menlo Electric is a top 5 distributor of Jinko Solar and Risen Energy, as well as an official EU distributor of JA Solar, Sungrow, SolarEdge, FoxESS.

Founded in 2020, Menlo started with sales to only two countries - the Netherlands and Germany. We grew rapidly with local sales teams and offices launched almost every month. Our global aspiration is reflected in recent expansion to the MENA region. And we won't stop there

Tasks

**Responsibilities**:

- Acquisition of new clients and partners in the photovoltaic sector,
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the photovoltaic industry,
- Provide expert guidance to customers on our solar energy solutions and services (technical background would be a plus),
- Developing the market in your region,
- Competition analysis and monitoring,
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance using relevant metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful sales campaigns, participate in conferences, exhibitions and other events,
- Providing sales forecast, reports and market research,
- Close collaboration with the whole Sales team in other countries and other departments.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements and skills**:

- At least 3 years of experience in sales; proven track record of success in the industry, preferably in the photovoltaic or wholesalers businesses,
- Strong business acumen,
- Fluency in Spanish and English language,
- Technical experience and knowledge of PV products
- preferred,
- Willingness to travel,
- High level of energy and a positive attitude,
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships, excellent communication and problem-solving skills,
- Independence in action and “team-player” attitude,
- Knowledge of MS office,
- Place of residence - Spain.
