We are looking for a strategic Web3 Business Development Lead to join our marketing team
As a Web3 Business Development Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving adoption, fostering strategic partnerships, and expanding the reach of crypto/web3 token projects within the ecosystem.
We're looking for someone based in the UK, EU, or MENA for this role.
To help you best prepare, we've outlined the interview process for this role.
We aim to have this process completed within 3 weeks: 30 minute Google Meet with our People and Talent Coordinator 45 minutes technical interview with our VP of Marketing 45 minutes Google Meet with our Chief Commercial Officer 45 minutes Google Meet with some of our team Requirements : About you : What we're looking for: Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field, preferably in the crypto/web3 industry with a focus on tokens and DeFi.
In-depth understanding of blockchain technology, token economics, DeFi protocols, and the web3 ecosystem.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
Familiarity with crypto/web3 communities, platforms, and tools (e.g., Discord, Telegram).
Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for the crypto/web3 space.
What you'll be doing : Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of the company's crypto/web3 products and services among enterprises, institutions, and other Token/crypto clients.
Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, user needs, and potential use cases for the Token projects.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the crypto/web3 ecosystem, including project teams, investors, influencers, and community members.
Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and product value propositions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams like marketing, product, and engineering to ensure successful partnership execution and product adoption.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and online communities (e.g., Discord, Telegram) to promote the product and onboard token projects.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and educational content to potential partners and communities.
Track and report on partnership performance metrics, app adoption, and community growth.
