Estamos buscando un perfil orientado a la comercialización de soluciones y servicios en TIC, con la finalidad de alcanzar los objetivos comerciales fijados por la dirección. Con ámbito de actuación en Navarra, será responsable de la generación de negocio en clientes existentes, así como de la captación de nuevos clientes en dicho ámbito.
Funciones: Desarrollo de negocio y gestión de cuentas en el territorio asignado, en este caso Navarra.Prospección y captación de nuevos clientes.Definición y despliegue de acciones orientadas a contar con una cartera de clientes rentables y de volumen.Identificación de necesidades y oportunidades dentro del porfolio de Tigloo.Colaboración con el equipo de Operaciones y demás departamentos de Tigloo para maximizar la satisfacción del cliente y generar recurrencia y crecimiento del negocio.Respuesta flexible y ágil a las necesidades o servicios de los clientes, minimizando tiempos y costos.Reforzar una cultura compartida y diferencial que aumente el atractivo de Tigloo en su dinámica de crecimiento sostenible.Definición de planes de acción en las cuentas asignadas.Reporting de oportunidades, informes y "Forecast" de ventas.Coordinación con departamentos de Marketing para eventos de generación de demanda, campañas publicitarias, etc.
