**(Budget)**Review affordability of budget plan requests from various departments, and collect them to eventually create budget plans on yearly basisCheck the effectiveness / validity of evidences of expenses and approve themMonitor usage of budgets and analyze the gap between planning and actual expenses**(Treasury)**Daily cash flow / bank account balance report to CFOMonitor treasury operating schedule and set up mid-term treausry plansCreate fund transfer request and report to CFO to obtain approvalAnalyze actual treausry operations result and recap on monthly basis**(SPA)****(Presupuesto)**Revisar la asequibilidad de las solicitudes de planes presupuestarios de varios departamentos, y recogerlos para eventualmente crear planes presupuestarios sobre una base anualComprobar la eficacia / validez de las pruebas de gastos y aprobarlasMonitorear el uso de los presupuestos y analizar la brecha entre la planificación y los gastos reales**(Tesorería)**Flujo de caja diario / balance de cuenta bancaria informe al DirectorSupervisar el calendario de operaciones de la tesorería y establecer planes de tratados a medio plazoCrear solicitud de transferencia de fondos e informar al Director para obtener la aprobaciónAnalizar el resultado de las operaciones reales y recapitular mensualmente- Major of Business Administration or Economics would be preferred, but not mandatory.- Study or experiences in Accounting (General accounting, Managerial accounting, etc.) or Tax would be preferred.- Valuable experience in the automotive industry
