Nous continuons notre croissance en 2025 en recrutant sur l'ensemble de nos marchés L'équipe Opérations La mission de l'équipe Opérations (Ops) : organiser le transport de marchandise de nos clients dans le monde entier. Leur rôle est crucial pour assurer une expérience client exceptionnelle à OVRSEA . Réactivité, excellence, pédagogie et écoute du client sont les drivers qui animent l'équipe quotidiennement. L'équipe Ops est le point de contact principal pour nos clients et agit comme un pont entre tous nos fournisseurs de services soigneusement sélectionnés. Ce poste peut être basé à Marseille ou Barcelone . Ton rôle en tant qu'Operations Support Coordinator Ce poste est clé au sein de l'équipe Ops. Ta mission principale sera d'accompagner les équipes opérationnelles en France, en Espagne, en Italie et aux États-Unis dans la gestion stratégique de leurs transports. En optimisant ces opérations internationales de façon transverse, tu contribueras directement à l'amélioration de la productivité sur nos quatre marchés, un enjeu fondamental pour la croissance et la performance de l'entreprise. Lors de ta période d'onboarding, tu seras formé·e à tous les types transports et accompagné·e d'un·e coach dédié·e. Après plusieurs semaines, tu seras en charge d'accompagner tous les Operations Managers sur leurs transports internationaux. Tu participeras également à l'amélioration de nos processus internes. Tes missions en détail Gestion des transports sur un scope international (50%) Accompagnement des équipes Opérations (Operations Managers) sur l'ensemble de leurs transports. Préparation documentaire pour les expéditions aériennes et maritimes. Récupérer les informations pour le suivi de nos transports auprès de nos différents partenaires. Relations partenaires : prise de contact pour suivre l'avancée de nos expéditions et pour amélioration de nos processus de collaboration. Gestion de la facturation & Suivi KPIs (40%) Gestion de la facturation des transports. Contrôle des indicateurs de performance (KPIs) et suivi de notre marge. Amélioration de nos processus opérationnels internes (10%) Collaboration étroite avec les départements Business Performance et Produit pour améliorer les processus des Opérations. Challenger les processus existants et identifier des axes d'amélioration de notre productivité.
