ResponsibilitiesYour role a Business Development Director will involve: Development of new alliances for IE in SpainBusiness and diagnostic projects development, consultative sales, benchmarking and strategic planning in diverse sectorsExecution of the strategy for business development, integrating a commercial plan and long-term objectivesCommercial activities: sales, co-creation and management of academic projects with IE's various schools and departments, for the development of long-term relationships with targeted and strategic accounts.Collaboration with other departments to ensure that the corporate strategy in the region is coherently integrated throughout the organization.QualificationsTo thrive in this role, you should have: Master´s Degree.Fluency (written & oral) in both English and Spanish. Arabic is a plus.5+ years professional experience. Sales oriented. Experience in B2B sales will be considered.Skills for developing a corporate clientele; creating and deliveringproposals; and the management and development of international projects.CRM experience, extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and other databasesSkills for developing a corporate clientele; creating and deliveringproposals; and the management and development of international projects
