We're focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions.As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the generation of new ADC business, as well as for the maintenance of existing business, growing sales in a particular area of the country, while adhering to the company's ethical code and values. You will manage the people under your responsibility as a coach with the objective of working towards excellence and supervising and mentoring staff, proactively supporting their professional development.What You'll DoEnsure that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.Sales planning and follow-up (establish yearly territory sales plans, implement sales strategies).Coach the team through dual visits in the field according to company instructions.Support sales representatives in maintaining and expanding customer relationships, and collect information on competitors' sales, prices, and products, implementing market strategies.Keep the segmentation and targeting customer file of the district updated.Facilitate effective communication between the team and management regarding strategy and concerns.Maintain good customer relationships and visit key customers regularly.Initiate and run meetings with the Sales Force.Manage all district sales staff, defining objectives and providing honest feedback on performance.Required QualificationsUniversity Degree in Science or High School Degree with at least 5 years of experience.Comprehensive knowledge of diabetes and its treatment.People management and leadership coaching skills.Good PC knowledge and proficiency in written and oral English.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of the ADC market and various laboratories.Familiarity with ADC products.Understanding and application of ADC procedures, policies, and code of business conduct
