Your adventure begins hereIn this critical role, you will be responsible for the entire scope of sales operations, playing a pivotal role in aligning our sales strategy with ambitious business objectives. You'll leverage your expertise in SaaS, Fintech, or Startup environments to optimize processes, analyze data, and implement technologies that empower our sales team to achieve peak performance.What do we want to achieve together?Sales Process: Own and optimize the sales methodology, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient deal progression. Develop and implement training programs to equip the sales team with the knowledge and skills they need to succeedData & Analytics: Become a data guru Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast revenue, and generate insightful reports to inform strategic decision-making. Build a robust sales reporting framework to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure sales effectivenessSales Technology Stack: You'll be the master of our sales technology stack Evaluate, select, and implement sales automation tools (CRM - Hubspot), sales engagement platforms, etc.) to streamline processes and boost productivity. Ensure user adoption and provide ongoing support for the sales teamSales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a clear, structured sales pipeline to track opportunities and forecast revenue with accuracy
