.HolaEstamos buscando al nuevo fichaje estrella para nuestro equipo como Paid Media Specialist .Somos Sesame HR, la solución digital que ayuda a equipos de Recursos Humanos, managers y empresas a optimizar los procesos de gestión de personal, centralizándolos en una sola plataforma.¿Qué esperamos de ti?Disfrutes de la dinámica del aprendizaje continuo y tengas una mentalidad curiosa que te lleve a probar hipótesis y escalar test exitosos.Puedas trabajar tanto en equipo como en solitario, comunicándote efectivamente.Tengas excelentes habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo.A nivel técnico es indispensable que tengas:Formación en Marketing Digital y Paid Media.Más de 3 años gestionando campañas de Paid Media.Dominio de plataformas como Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, Linkedin Ads.Dominio de herramientas como Google Ads Editor y Google Sheet.Historial comprobado de gestionar campañas a gran escala con resultados significativos.Experiencia con presupuestos desde decenas a cientos de miles de euros al mes.Experiencia en campañas publicitarias full-funnel, con especial foco en la generación de leads.Profundo entendimiento de los fundamentos del marketing multicanal: ROAS, incrementalidad, coste por lead, atribución, etc.Orientación a los datos, con fuertes habilidades analíticas y numéricas.Estar actualizado con las últimas herramientas y tendencias.Fluidez en español e inglés para reuniones profesionales.Y además brillarás si cuentas con:Experiencia en SaaS B2B.Experiencia con CRMs que cuenten con integraciones con plataformas de publicidad (en Sesame usamos Hubspot).Experiencia en la implementación y comprobación de píxeles para ad tracking.Experiencia trabajando tanto in-house como en agencia.Fluidez en otros idiomas europeos.Encaje en la mentalidad startup, mostrando dinamismo, flexibilidad, creatividad y energía, en la que te sientas cómodo en entornos de rápido crecimiento.Capacidad para residir en Valencia.¿Qué vas a hacer en Sesame?Ayudarás a que miles de managers y empresas puedan encontrar de forma sencilla una solución digital All in one de Gestión del Talento, con la que podrán cuidar a sus equipos y mejorar la cultura, la comunicación y la experiencia de todos sus empleados.Para conseguirlo, contamos contigo para:Revisar, seguir y reportar diariamente el desempeño de las campañas.Crear, implementar y optimizar campañas publicitarias full-funnel y multicanal en diferentes plataformas.Realizar investigaciones de mercado y análisis de audiencia.Gestionar el presupuesto publicitario y optimizar el rendimiento de las campañas.Coordinar a los equipos de diseño, vídeo, contenido y web para crear contenido publicitario atractivo y relevante (landing pages, videos, imágenes, copies).Realizar pruebas A/B y optimizar resultados.Mantenerte actualizado sobre tendencias y mejores prácticas en publicidad digital.Garantizar una comunicación constante y fructífera con nuestros account reps
